For the knowledge-based economy, the highest priority is placed on knowledge-creation. And for the knowledge-creation depends on the talent-creation. In other words, national capability is directly connected with talent-creationwith rich knowledge and experience. |

In information society, e-Learning has been noticed as a new paradigm learning at anytime anywhere and had an important role to develop human resources. From information society to knowledge society, it is time that e-Learning will be a key process for creative talent development. A knowledge society needs a new technology e-Learning distributed to knowledge creation and sharing. |

"e-Learning Asia 2008", to be held in Seoul, will be a high quality international conference that establishes a field for a scholarly exchange and interaction in exploring the new technologies and trends in e-Learning. It is no doubt that the new technologies and trends such as ubiquitous learning technologies, next generation instructional model for e-Learning and so on area useful tool to enhance the knowledge process. |

In especially, the conference is focusing to Asian industry. That establishes a field that explores processes to apply to new technologies and trends in Asia region with numbers of population and area. Also the conference will make a foundation on globalization through knowledge as arguing models for international cooperation. |
